This site is operated by UmTle LLC ("UmTle," "we," "us," or "our"), based in California, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us through this website.
We only collect what you choose to give us. That includes:
When you join the UmTle List or a product waitlist, so we can send updates and early access.
If you provide them through our contact or waitlist forms, so we can respond to you.

Standard information your browser sends (like device and general location) and basic analytics about how pages are used.
We use your information to send you the updates you signed up for, notify you when products are available, respond to your messages, improve the site, and keep our communications relevant. We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run UmTle — for example, our website host and form provider (Netlify) and our email tools — and only so they can perform those services for us.
Your information is stored with our service providers using reasonable security measures. No method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live — for example, California (CCPA) or the EU/UK (GDPR) — you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain data sharing. To exercise any of these, just contact us and we'll take care of it.
UmTle is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
